Built at the beginning of 2023, this well-equipped holiday apartment offers unforgettable experiences near the services and activities of Äkäslompolo. Usvamaa is located on a quiet street in the Maahinen district. The lighted trails are within walking distance, and the SkiBus takes you to the slopes. The center of Äkäslompolo is 2 km away.
There are beds for up to 8 people. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Four people can sleep in the loft - there are two beds and two mattresses. The heart of this cabin is a large and spacious living room/kitchen, where you can watch the stars in the sky and the northern lights. The living room has an atmospheric fireplace that provides warmth and ambiance after a day outside. The beautiful kitchen is well equipped and functional.
Downstairs there are two toilets, one of which is connected to the bathroom. The bathroom has a sauna and shower as well as a washing machine. In the hall there are racks for clothes, a drying cabinet and a cleaning cabinet. This cabin is also suitable for families with small children - the apartment has a travel cot, a high chair and safety gates for the stairs. Free 100M internet connection is included in the price. In connection with the apartment, there is a separate warm storage room for storing and maintaining skis. Electric car charging (Type2 charging station) is allowed for a charging fee.
