Ice Villa North

A luxurious 8-person villa that exudes the atmosphere of Lapland. This newly built cabin is located near the slopes of Ylläs in Ylläsjärvi village and it accommodates 8 people. A beautiful forest landscape opens out from the large windows of the living room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has high-quality crockery and efficient appliances for cooking. The three bedrooms have good beds and storage space for your belongings. The sofa bed in the living room offers beds for two people if needed.

The utility room has a washing machine and a drying cabinet, so even a large group's laundry can be done here easily. The spacious sauna and shower room provide a great setting for a sauna evening. Outside, shared with the neighboring cabin is a charming wood-heated log sauna, hand-carved in Lapland. You won't find similar yard saunas in rental cabins in Ylläs. This is a wonderful and unique opportunity to enjoy the gentle heat of this traditional Lappish sauna. The sauna is available free of charge for rentals between 15.5.-31.10. In winter season 1.11.-14.5. the yard sauna can be rented for a fee of 140 €. The sauna shift is every other day during the day, every other day in the evening. There is a warm storage room outside with space for ski maintenance and sports equipment storage. For electric cars there is a Walle16M charging station which can be used for a charging fee. In summer, the terrace invites you to enjoy the peace of nature. There is an open fireplace outside, where you can e.g. prepare coffee or flamed salmon or grill and smoke meat. Pets are allowed, but only dogs are welcome due to cat allergy. If you need accommodation for a larger group, the adjacent villa Ice Villa Kuru is also available for rent through us.
