Lompolon Riemu was built in 2022, so the facilities are modern and stylish. The kitchen has equipment and appliances that meet today's requirements for easy cooking. This apartment features one bedroom downstairs and a loft with two beds (90 cm) and 2 thick foam mattresses (90 cm) upstairs. There is also a 160 cm wide sofa bed downstairs. In terms of facilities, Lompolon Riemu is best suited for 4 adults or a family with children. After a day outdoors, you can enjoy the heat of the sauna and admire the beauty of the fell landscape at the same time. Next to the sauna is a bathroom with a toilet and laundry facilities. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is storage space for sports equipment. For summer travelers, the apartment is equipped with mosquito screens on the windows and doors.
A lighted ski trail as well as hiking and biking trails start straight from the backyard. The nearest restaurant is within 10 minutes walking distance and Äkäslompolo center can be reached in 15 minutes by crossing the lake in the winter time. Public transport connections are also good. In 300 m away there is a bus stop for SkiBus and buses to the airport and the train station. The distance to the nearest beach is 700 m and the bird tower can be reached in 200 meters. You can rent equipment for water sports and boating from local sports equipment rental companies.
