Well-equipped and high-quality villa, built in 2024, near the Scenic Road in Ylläsjärvi. Lomalux is located in a peaceful area, along a quiet street. The location is excellent for both winter and summer sports. It's a short distance to the slopes, cross-country ski trails, mountain biking and hiking routes. In winter, you can even ski directly from the slope to the villa. A lit ski trail is 300 meters away. During the summer and autumn, the villa is surrounded by abundant berry picking grounds and the lushness of the forest.
Lomalux accommodates a total of six guests. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two beds that can be separated if needed. Both bedrooms have workspaces, enabling remote work from the cottage. Free WiFi is included in the rental. Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom with two beds, and in the open space, there is a sofa bed that can be extended to accommodate two additional persons. The loft also has its own toilet and lounge area. This cabin is also suitable for people with mobility impairments, as the interior doors are wide and the entrance door is equipped with a ramp.
The bright living room boasts large windows, providing a pleasant view of the forest that's enjoyable from the comfort of the sofa. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of countertop space. Downstairs, there are two toilets, one of which is connected to the bathroom. The utility room features a wash tower. In the wood-heated sauna, you can admire the surrounding nature. Enhance your bathing experience with a touch of luxury and immerse yourself in the warm embrace of the hot tub. Relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the outdoor air, and with luck, watching the Northern Lights, is a delightful experience. The hot tub can be used for an additional fee starting from July 2024.
The villa's outdoor storage provides ample space for outdoor equipment and a table for ski waxing. We also offer the option to charge an electric car for an additional fee. We welcome you to the cozy Lomalux, nestled in the midst of the stunning nature of Ylläs!
