Villa Aava is a modern semi-detached house built in 2023 near the slopes in Ylläsjärvi. Ski trails and cycling routes pass just 20 meters away, and you can ski directly to the cottage from the Länsiraja lift. The services of the fell, including restaurants and spa, are within walking distance, making Villa Aava an excellent base for an active holiday.
Villa Aava is ideal for a family or group of 4-6 people, but can accommodate up to 8 if needed. The two bedrooms on the lower floor feature double beds, while the loft upstairs has four single beds. Also a travel cot is available for children.
The kitchen is conveniently connected to the living area and the spacious living room offers a view of the forest through large windows. After outdoor activities, you can conveniently dry your clothes in the drying cabinet before indulging in the sauna's soothing steam. Welcome to an unforgettable holiday at Villa Aava!
