Villa Loimu is a cozy and stylish cabin in the tranquil area of Martinsaari in Äkäslompolo, Ylläs. From the large windows, you can admire the surrounding forest. If you prefer activities, the ski trail is only 200 m away and the slopes of Ylläs are a 10-minute drive away.
Villa Loimu has beds for 6 people. In the downstairs bedroom, the beds can be separated if needed. The upstairs loft has four separate beds and a TV corner. Downstairs, a smart TV and a soundbar ensure an optimal viewing experience. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected to each other. In every direction, the forested landscape catches the eye. Even the sauna has a beautiful view from the window. Downstairs there is also a washroom/toilet, a separate toilet and a utility room.
The backyard has a sledding hill in the winter and wonderful berry and mushroom picking terrains in the summer and fall. There is a carport in the yard, which has a Type 2 EV charging point (charging fee applies). Attached to the carport is a warm storage room with a ski waxing rack and iron for ski maintenance. Two bicycles, a kicksled, slides and sleds are at your disposal. The price also includes free fiber optic WiFi access, firewood and final cleaning.
