Riekonmarja is a newly built, cozy end unit apartment in a terraced house in Nilivaara, Äkäslompolo. Yllästunturi Fell can be seen from the living room window. The ski trails run next to the apartment and within 200 m you will find a SkiBus stop. SkiBus will take you straight to the slopes. The center of the village is within walking distance, but the surroundings are still very peaceful.
There are beds for six people in Riekonmarja. In addition to the downstairs bedroom, there are 4 beds in the loft. The loft has its own toilet and plenty of room for four. The sofa bed serves as a spare bed for 1-2 people. The interior of the apartment has been carefully selected with comfort, quality and longevity in mind. The fireplace brings warmth to the evenings and after the sauna it's nice to cool off on the terrace while admiring the scenery. Pets are also welcome in this apartment. A free fiber optic connection and a shared electric car charging point will be at our guests’ disposal by the end of 2023.
