Stylish and functional, newly built semi-detached house in Äkäslompolo, Ylläs. Villa Velhotar B offers a wonderful setting for a relaxing vacation of max. 10 people. This cabin is suitable for example for two families. Villa Velhotar is located in a quiet area of Maahinen. An illuminated ski trail runs next to the cottage (50 m) and the SkiBus stop is 400 m away. You can walk to a grocery store in half an hour, so this cabin is also suitable for those coming without a car.
Villa Velhotar's sleeping facilities are divided into three bedrooms. One bedroom downstairs has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The upstairs bedroom has four single beds. There is also a sofa bed for two in the lobby area upstairs.
The open kitchen enables cooking while enjoying the company of friends and admiring the view from the large windows. Tableware is available for 12 people. There are also two toilets, sauna and shower facilities and a utility room downstairs. The living room has access to a terrace where you can cool off after the sauna. Outside, in connection with the carport, there is a warm storage room where you can maintain and store sports equipment.
